How will I be paid for my caravan?
On collection of your touring caravan, we will bank transfer all money direct to your bank account. In certain circumstances, we can organise alternative payment arrangements, including cash or cheque.
How long will it take for me to receive my money?
We transfer the funds immediately on collection of your caravan.
How quickly can you purchase my caravan?
Once you agree with our valuation, we aim to purchase and collect your caravan within 24 hours.
What makes and models do you buy?
We buy all makes and models of touring caravan.
Can we deliver the caravan to your premises?
The valuation we provide to you is based on free collection from your home or place of storage. Naturally, you are more than welcome to deliver your caravan to one of our premises.
What happens if I have missed a significant fault?
If your description does not match the condition of your caravan upon collection, we may have to revalue accordingly.
